How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit and remove the recovery tank.
- Clean the tank: Rinse the recovery tank thoroughly with warm water. Pay special attention to the float chamber.
- Free the float: Ensure the float moves freely up and down. Remove hair or debris that may be jamming it.
- Check lid seal: Make sure the tank lid is properly seated and the gasket is intact so the float operates correctly.
- Sensor check: If the float is free but E12 persists, the float switch or electronic level sensor inside the machine may be faulty and should be replaced.
