E20 displayed, unit will not start and an icon indicating service appears.

Possible Causes

Internal maintenance counter exceeded, Filter replacement overdue, Brush wear limit reached (sensor-based)

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug before maintenance.

Perform maintenance: Clean or replace all filters, inspect and replace worn brushes, and check hoses and seals.
Reset indicator: Some Vorwerk models allow a user reset via a button combination (consult the user manual). If not, a service center must reset the counter using diagnostic tools.
Do not ignore: Continued use without maintenance can damage the motor and pump.
