No water sprays from the nozzle, but you can hear the pump running.

Safety: Unplug and remove the clean water tank.

• Remove nozzle: Detach the spray nozzle assembly from the cleaner.
• Soak jets: Place the nozzle in warm, mildly descaled water (follow Vorwerk guidelines) for 30 minutes to dissolve mineral buildup.
• Clear openings: Use a soft brush or wooden toothpick to gently clear each jet. Do not enlarge the holes.
• Check hose: Inspect the short solution hose to the nozzle for kinks or damage and replace if necessary.
