Carpet cleaner leaves streaks or uneven cleaning lines on carpet

Safety: Unplug before removing the floor head.

• Clean spray jets: Remove the Zanussi floor nozzle and access the spray bar. Use a pin to clear each jet and soak the bar in warm water to dissolve residue.
• Inspect nozzle lip: Check the suction and squeegee lips for warping, cuts, or missing sections. Replace the floor nozzle or lips if damaged.
• Check brush condition: Ensure the brush bristles are even and not excessively worn on one side. Replace the brush bar if uneven.
• Adjust height: If adjustable, set the brush height appropriate to carpet pile to ensure even contact.
