E01

Carpet cleaner will not power on, no lights on control panel, no motor sound

Main Power Supply / Control Board Lockout

E02

Carpet cleaner powers on but brush motor does not run; suction motor may still operate

Brush Motor Drive Fault

E03

No suction from floor head, but brush may still rotate; motor sound may be abnormal or absent

Suction Motor / Turbine Circuit Fault

E04

Solution pump not working; no water or detergent sprayed onto carpet when trigger is pressed

Solution Pump Circuit Failure

E05

Overheat warning, unit shuts down after a few minutes of use and may display E05 or thermal icon

Thermal Overload / Blocked Airflow

E06

Brush overload error; brush stops and E06 appears, often when cleaning thick carpets

Brush Overcurrent / Stall Detection

Water tank error; machine beeps and shows E07, solution will not dispense
