No water sprays onto carpet but there is no error code; pump is quiet or only hums

Safety: Unplug before disconnecting hoses; keep towels handy for spills.

• Fill tank fully: Fill the Zanussi clean water tank to the maximum line and ensure detergent is mixed correctly.
• Prime pump: Refit the tank, plug in, and hold the trigger continuously for 60–90 seconds while the unit is running to purge air.
• Check tank outlet: Remove the tank and press the outlet valve with a blunt object. Water should flow freely. If not, clean or replace the valve.
• Inspect for air leaks: Check the hose from the tank to the pump for loose clamps or cracks. Tighten or replace as needed.
