Unit does not move solution from clean tank to dirty tank; carpets remain almost dry

Safety: Unplug and remove tanks before inspection.

• Verify spray: With the Zanussi unit running (later), you should see spray from the nozzle. If not, proceed with checks.
• Check tank outlet and filter: Clean the outlet valve and any mesh filter on the clean tank and base.
• Inspect hoses: Open the body and ensure the solution hose is connected firmly at both pump and nozzle ends.
• Test pump and trigger: Use a multimeter to confirm the trigger switch closes and that the pump receives power when pressed. Replace the pump or switch as required.
