Unit vibrates excessively or feels unstable when moving over carpet

Safety: Unplug before turning the unit over.

• Check wheels: Inspect the Zanussi rear and front wheels for flat spots, cracks, or missing rubber. Replace damaged wheels.
• Inspect brush roller: Remove the brush bar and check for warping or missing bristles that could cause imbalance. Replace if distorted.
• Tighten fasteners: Ensure all screws securing the floor nozzle and chassis are tight.
• Clear debris: Remove any fibres or dirt packed around wheel axles and brush bearings.
