Possible Causes
Partially blocked internal solution hose, Scaled-up pump inlet filter, Kinked hose between tank and pump, Mineral buildup in spray manifold
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug and empty the tanks before working on the fluid system.
- Descale the system: Fill the clean water tank with a 50/50 mix of warm water and white vinegar. Run the pump (if possible) for short bursts to dissolve scale, then flush with clean water.
- Clean inlet filter: Remove the clean water tank and inspect the inlet filter screen on the base or tank outlet. Rinse under running water and brush off debris.
- Inspect hoses: Open the side or bottom panels to access the clear solution hoses. Look for kinks, pinches, or internal buildup. Straighten or replace hoses as needed.
- Clean spray manifold: Remove the floor head and detach the spray bar/manifold. Soak in warm descaling solution and clear each jet with a fine pin.
- Test flow: Reassemble, refill with clean water, and test. If flow is still low, the pump impeller may be worn and the pump assembly should be replaced.
