Possible Causes
Leaking solution pump check valve, Cracked internal solution hose, Dripping spray nozzle, Faulty tank shut-off valve
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit and remove both tanks. Place the machine on a towel.
- Check tanks first: Fill the Zanussi clean tank and leave it standing on a sink. If it drips from the outlet, replace the tank valve or tank.
- Inspect spray nozzles: With tanks removed, check if residual water drips from the floor head. Persistent dripping may indicate a worn internal check valve.
- Open base and inspect hoses: Remove the base cover and look for damp hoses or fittings. Tighten clamps and replace any cracked hoses.
- Replace check valve/pump: If the solution pump internal check valve is leaking, replace the pump assembly.
