• Inspect trigger parts: Check the plastic trigger, pivot points, and return spring. Replace any broken or deformed parts.
• Reconnect linkage: Ensure the linkage rod or cam correctly actuates the microswitch or mechanical valve when the trigger is pulled.
• Lubricate lightly: Apply a small amount of silicone-safe lubricant to the pivot if it was sticking (avoid overspray on electrical parts).
• Reassemble and test: Confirm the trigger has a firm spring action and that solution sprays when pressed.
