Upholstery or stair tool has no suction while floor head suction is normal

Safety: Unplug before clearing blockages.

• Check hose for clogs: Detach the Zanussi accessory hose and look through it. Use a flexible rod or vacuum to clear obstructions.
• Clean tool head: Inspect the upholstery tool nozzle and brush for lint or hair buildup. Remove debris.
• Inspect diverter valve: If your model has a floor/accessory selector, ensure it fully switches to accessory mode and is not jammed.
• Refit securely: Reattach the hose firmly to the main body port and test suction again.
