How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Immediately unplug the machine. Do not operate a leaking appliance due to risk of electric shock.

Dry and inspect:

  • Remove the external drip tray and dry any visible water.
  • Remove the side or bottom cover to access the internal base tray and leak float switch.
  • Dry all water from the base using towels and allow the machine to air dry completely.

Leak source identification:

  • Visually inspect all silicone hoses, clamps, and fittings for signs of dripping or mineral trails.
  • Check around the pump, thermoblock, and valves for cracks or loose connections.
  • Examine O-rings at hose connections and on the brew group inlet for wear or flattening.

Replace any leaking hoses, O-rings, or cracked components. Ensure all clamps are tight. Do not bypass the leak sensor; if the float switch is damaged, replace it. If you cannot locate the leak, contact a Beko service technician.
