How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the coffee maker before removing the control panel.

Dry and reset:

  • If the panel has been exposed to steam or cleaning liquids, allow it to dry for several hours.
  • Perform a power reset by unplugging the machine for 10 minutes, then reconnecting.

Internal checks (advanced):

  • Remove the front fascia to access the user interface (UI) board.
  • Check the flat ribbon cable between the UI and main PCB; reseat both ends carefully.
  • Inspect for corrosion or moisture on the UI board.

If the UI board is damaged or unresponsive after reseating cables and drying, it will need replacement. Firmware or main PCB issues should be handled by an authorized service center.
