Built-in grinder runs but no ground coffee reaches the brew basket.

Possible Causes
Grounds packed in grinder chute, Oily beans causing clumping, Misaligned grinder chute cover, Broken grinder-to-basket seal
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the coffee maker before accessing the grinder or chute. Never insert fingers into the grinder.
- Empty hopper: Remove beans from the hopper to prevent more from feeding while you clear the chute.
- Access chute: If your model allows, remove the chute cover or upper burr to expose the path to the brew basket.
- Clear blockage: Use a small brush or wooden skewer to gently break up and remove compacted grounds from the chute.
- Avoid oily beans: Switch to a less oily roast, as very oily beans can cause clogs.
- Test with small batch: Reassemble and test with a small amount of beans to confirm grounds now fall into the basket.
