How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the coffee maker before removing the reservoir.
- Check reservoir outlet: Press the valve at the bottom of the reservoir (over a sink) to ensure water flows freely. If stuck, rinse and work it gently until it opens.
- Reseat reservoir: Install the reservoir firmly to ensure the outlet valve is depressed by the machine’s inlet fitting.
- Prime system: With the reservoir full and installed, gently tap the side of the unit and start a brew cycle to help clear air locks.
