Water reservoir is difficult to remove or install; it sticks or does not seat fully.

• Remove gently: Wiggle the reservoir slightly side-to-side while lifting to avoid breaking guides.
• Clean tracks and guides: Wipe the reservoir sides and the machine’s guide rails with a damp cloth to remove coffee residue or scale.
• Inspect for warping: Place the reservoir on a flat surface to see if it rocks, indicating warping. Replace if significantly deformed.
• Lubricate lightly (optional): A tiny amount of food-safe silicone spray on the plastic guides can ease movement; avoid overspray into water paths.
• Replace reservoir if it will not seat: A damaged reservoir or guides can prevent proper sealing and should be replaced.
