Brew group is stuck and cannot be removed or reinserted.

Safety: Turn off and unplug the machine before attempting to free the brew group.

Steps:

• 1. Try a controlled restart: With the brew group still inside, close the door, plug in, and turn on. Allow the machine to complete its startup cycle, which may return the group to home position.
• 2. Gently wiggle: Open the door and gently wiggle the brew group while pressing the release buttons. Do not force it.
• 3. Clear visible jams: Remove loose coffee pucks or debris around the group.
• 4. Lubricate rails: Once removed, clean and lubricate the side rails with food-grade silicone grease.

Advanced: If the drive gear is misaligned, manually rotate the drive shaft (with power off) to the home position as per service documentation.
