Bean Detection / Grinder Feed Problem
Machine does not grind beans; only hot water passes through or a 'no beans' message appears despite beans in hopper.

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before reaching into the hopper.
Steps:
- 1. Stir beans: Use a dry spoon to stir beans in the hopper to break any bridges.
- 2. Change beans: Avoid very oily dark roasts that can stick together. Try a drier medium roast.
- 3. Clean hopper and inlet: Empty the hopper and wipe it dry. Use a brush to clean the grinder inlet.
- 4. Sensor check (advanced): If your model has a bean level sensor, inspect and clean it. Replace if it fails to detect beans.
