Used coffee grounds are very wet and sludgy, or pucks fall apart.

Safety: Unplug before removing the brew group.

Steps:

• 1. Adjust grind: Make the grind slightly finer to improve puck cohesion.
• 2. Clean brew group: Rinse thoroughly and ensure the filter screen is not clogged.
• 3. Inspect seals: Check the piston and chamber O-rings for wear or flattening. Replace as needed.
• 4. Pump check (advanced): If pucks remain very wet, test pump pressure and replace the pump if weak.
