Coffee maker leaks water from the bottom during or after brewing.

Safety first: Unplug immediately if water is leaking near electrical parts. Do not operate until the leak is resolved.

• Inspect reservoir: Remove and fill the reservoir over a sink to check for cracks or leaks. Replace if damaged.
• Check for external drips: Ensure the carafe is not overfilled and that the lid is properly seated to avoid overflow that can mimic a leak.
• Internal inspection (advanced): Remove the bottom cover and look for water trails, mineral deposits, or damp areas around hoses and the heating element. Tighten hose clamps and replace any cracked tubing.
• Replace gaskets: If water appears around the heating element connection, the element gasket may be failing and should be replaced.
