Step 3 – Internal inspection (advanced):

• Remove the housing (unplug first).
• Locate the main thermoblock and inspect wiring for burns or loose connectors.
• Test the heating element for continuity with a multimeter; if open, the thermoblock must be replaced.
• Check the thermal fuse for continuity; replace if open.

Step 4 – Control board check:

• If the heater and fuse are good, the heater relay or triac on the main board may have failed.
