Display shows “Error 25”; machine may not detect the milk system or may refuse to start milk drinks.

Safety first: Unplug the machine before disassembling the milk system. Hot milk and steam can cause burns.

Step 1 – Check milk frother assembly:

• Remove the milk frother and clean all parts according to the manual.
• Ensure the air intake hole is clear.
• Reattach the frother firmly until it locks.

Step 2 – Clean milk system:

• Run the automatic milk system cleaning program with Jura milk system cleaner.
• Ensure all milk hoses are free of kinks and properly connected.

Step 3 – Valve and sensor check (advanced):

• Remove the housing (unplug first).
• Locate the milk valve and its position sensor.
• Check for milk residue or scale around the valve that could impede movement.
• Clean or replace O-rings as needed.

Step 4 – Replace faulty parts:

• Replace the milk frother assembly if it is cracked or heavily worn.
• Replace the milk valve or its sensor if they do not move or report position correctly.
