Ground coffee chute is blocked (for models with ground coffee bypass)

Step 1 – Do not force tools deeply: Avoid damaging internal parts.

Step 2 – Clear chute:

• Use the supplied cleaning tool or a narrow brush to gently loosen coffee in the chute.
• Vacuum from the top of the chute to remove loose grounds.

Step 3 – Run cleaning cycle:

• Run a cleaning tablet cycle to dissolve any internal buildup.

Step 4 – Use correct grind:

• Use medium grind for ground coffee input, not espresso-fine powder.
