Machine frequently asks to 'Empty drip tray' even when empty

Step 1 – Clean and dry tray:

• Remove the drip tray and wash it thoroughly.
• Dry completely, especially around any metal contacts or floats.

Step 2 – Clean machine contacts:

• Wipe the contacts inside the machine with a dry cloth.

Step 3 – Reseat tray:

• Reinsert the tray fully until it clicks.

Step 4 – Internal sensor check (advanced):

• Unplug and remove the housing.
• Inspect the drip tray sensor wiring for moisture or corrosion; dry and repair as needed.
