Step 1 – Reseat tank:

• Remove and reinsert the water tank firmly.
• Ensure no debris is on the tank base or machine connector.

Step 2 – Check float/magnet:

• Verify that the float in the tank moves freely.
• If the magnet is missing or stuck, replace the tank.

Step 3 – Clean sensor area:

• Clean the area where the tank sits with a damp cloth.

Step 4 – Descale:

• Run a descaling cycle to clear the flow meter.
