How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Allow the machine to cool before disassembling any hot parts.

Step 1 – Clean coffee spouts:

Use a thin cleaning brush or Jura spout cleaning tool to clear the coffee spouts.
Run a rinse cycle and check for flow.

Step 2 – Run cleaning program:

Start a cleaning tablet cycle to dissolve coffee oils and residues in the brew path.

Step 3 – Descale the machine:

Run a full descaling cycle to remove scale from the thermoblock and valves.

Step 4 – Brew group service (advanced):

Remove the brew group (if user-removable) and clean the outlet screen thoroughly.
