No milk is drawn from the container, but steam comes out

Step 1 – Check hose connections:

• Ensure the milk hose is firmly attached to both the milk container and the frother.
• Check for cracks or pinholes in the hose; replace if damaged.

Step 2 – Disassemble and clean frother:

• Take apart the frother and clean all internal channels.
• Pay special attention to the suction nozzle where the milk hose connects.

Step 3 – Check assembly order:

• Reassemble the frother exactly as shown in the manual; incorrect assembly can block suction.

Step 4 – Replace worn parts:

• If suction still fails, internal seals or valves in the frother may be worn; replace the frother head.
