• Empty hopper: Remove beans from the hopper.
• Access chute: Open the service door or chute cover as described in the manual.
• Clean thoroughly: Use a small brush and a wooden stick to loosen compacted grounds in the chute. Do not use water.
• Use suitable beans: Switch to medium-roast, non-oily beans to prevent future clogging.
• Test: Run a grinder test or brew cycle and observe if grounds now fall into the brew chamber.
