• Check lid: Ensure the lid is screwed or clicked on fully and that the pour mechanism is closed when not pouring.
• Inspect seals: Check the lid gasket for cracks or deformation; replace if damaged.
• If carafe still cools quickly: The vacuum insulation may be lost. Replace the carafe with a new Severin thermal carafe.
