Mini motorised pet nozzle does not spin, but main floor nozzle works

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the mini motorised nozzle before working on it.

• Step 1 – Clear tangles: Open the mini nozzle (if possible) and remove the brush roll. Cut away hair and fibres from the brush and end caps.
• Step 2 – Check brush movement: Spin the brush roll by hand. If stiff, replace the brush roll.
• Step 3 – Inspect connector: Check the electrical contacts on the mini nozzle and handheld unit. Clean gently.
• Step 4 – Test again: Reattach and run the vacuum. If the mini nozzle still does not spin while the main nozzle does, the mini nozzle motor or internal gears are likely faulty.
• Step 5 – Replace accessory: Replace the mini motorised nozzle with a genuine AEG pet tool.
