Vacuum will not stand securely in the AEG charging stand or keeps falling off

Safety first: If the stand is wall-mounted, ensure it is securely fixed to the wall before placing the vacuum on it.

• Step 1 – Check installation: Verify that the AEG wall bracket or floor stand is assembled and mounted according to the manual, using the correct screws and anchors.
• Step 2 – Inspect hooks and guides: Look at the plastic hooks on the stand and the mating slots on the vacuum handle. Replace the stand if hooks are cracked or bent.
• Step 3 – Level the bracket: Use a spirit level to ensure the wall bracket is not tilted, which can cause the vacuum to slip off.
• Step 4 – Replace worn parts: If the handle guides on the vacuum are badly worn, consult AEG service about replacing the handle housing.
