Airflow Restriction / Blockage Detected
Vacuum displays E8 or eight blinking LEDs; suction is weak and motor sounds strained

Possible Causes
Severe clog in wand or floor head neck, Blocked cyclone inlet, Dust bin overfilled beyond max line, Collapsed internal hose between floor head and wand
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before clearing blockages.
Step-by-step checks:
- 1. Empty the dust bin: Remove and empty the bin completely. Check for compacted dust at the inlet and around the cyclone shroud.
- 2. Check the wand: Detach the wand and look through it toward a light. Use a flexible, non-sharp rod or a straightened plastic coat hanger to gently push out any blockage.
- 3. Inspect the floor head neck and internal hose: Look into the suction opening of the floor head. Remove any large debris. If your model has a flexible internal hose, check for kinks or collapse.
- 4. Verify all seals: Ensure the dust bin is correctly seated and that all gaskets are intact and free of debris. Air leaks can confuse airflow sensors.
- 5. Test without wand and head: Attach a small tool directly to the main body and run the vacuum. If E8 clears and suction is strong, the blockage is in the wand or head.
When to stop: If E8 persists after all visible blockages are removed, an internal passage or sensor may be obstructed. Further disassembly of the main body may be required.
