Vacuum shuts off when the dust bin is nearly full, even before reaching the max line

Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery before servicing the bin.

Step-by-step checks:

• 1. Empty bin more frequently: Do not wait until the max line; empty when the bin is about half to two-thirds full, especially with fine dust.
• 2. Clean cyclone shroud: Remove the bin and use a soft brush to clean the perforated cyclone shroud where dust can cake.
• 3. Loosen compacted debris: If debris is tightly packed, gently break it up and remove it completely.

When to stop: If shutdowns continue with a clean bin and shroud, the airflow sensor or motor may be overly sensitive and require service.
