Possible Causes
Clogged extension tube, Blocked floor nozzle inlet, Dust container seals leaking, Pre‑motor filter heavily clogged
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before clearing blockages.
- Step 1 – Check dust container: Empty the bin and ensure the lid closes tightly. Inspect the rubber seals around the bin and cyclone for damage; replace if torn.
- Step 2 – Inspect tube and nozzle: Detach the tube and look through it against the light. Remove any obstructions with a flexible brush. Check the floor nozzle inlet for blockages.
- Step 3 – Clean filters: Remove and clean the pre‑motor and HEPA filters as per the manual. Allow washable filters to dry completely before refitting.
- Step 4 – Test in handheld mode: Run the vacuum without the tube and nozzle. If suction is strong at the main body, the issue is in the accessories. If still weak, the cyclone or internal seals may be compromised and should be inspected and replaced as needed.
