F9
Vacuum shows F9 and refuses to start after an attempted firmware update (on smart models with app connectivity).
Firmware Corruption / MCU Boot Error
Symptom
Charging LED on the vacuum or charger never turns green/full, charging seems to continue indefinitely.
Charge Termination / Battery Detection Fault
Symptom
Cordless vacuum has very weak suction even with fully charged battery.
Airflow Restriction / General Loss of Suction
Symptom
Dust escapes from joints and seams, visible dust on the outside of the vacuum after use.
Air Leak / Seal Failure
Symptom
Fine dust blowing out of exhaust, air feels dusty despite HEPA filter installed.
Exhaust Filtration Failure
Symptom
LED battery indicator does not light at all, even though the vacuum runs.
Battery Indicator Display Failure
Symptom
Motorized floor brush does not spin, but suction is normal.
Brush Roll Drive Failure
Symptom
Power button must be held continuously for the vacuum to run, instead of toggling on/off as before.
Control Logic / Latching Fault
Symptom
Strong burning smell from the vacuum during use.
Overheating Motor or Electrical Component
Symptom
Vacuum cannot be docked or charged properly in the wall mount or floor stand.
Charging Cradle Alignment / Contact Issue
