Dust escapes from joints and seams, visible dust on the outside of the vacuum after use.

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before inspecting seals.

• Step 1 – Inspect dust bin: Remove the bin and check for cracks or damage. Ensure the lid closes evenly and the latch holds firmly.
• Step 2 – Check gaskets: Examine the rubber seals around the bin, cyclone, and filter housing. Replace any that are flattened, torn, or missing.
• Step 3 – Filter seating: Ensure the HEPA and pre‑motor filters are correctly seated and oriented. Misaligned filters can cause leaks.
• Step 4 – Replace damaged parts: Replace the dust container or gasket set with original Clatronic parts to restore proper sealing.
