Motorized floor brush does not spin, but suction is normal.

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum, remove the battery, and detach the floor nozzle.

• Step 1 – Clear brush roll: Remove the brush roll and cut away all hair and threads. Clean the end caps and bearings.
• Step 2 – Check drive belt: On belt‑driven Clatronic nozzles, inspect the belt for breakage or stretching. Replace with the correct Clatronic belt if damaged.
• Step 3 – Test brush motor: With the nozzle connected and vacuum on, gently lift the brush off the floor and observe if it attempts to spin. If not, the motor or wiring may be faulty.
• Step 4 – Replace nozzle: If the motor is burnt or the internal wiring is damaged, replace the complete motorized floor nozzle assembly.
