Possible Causes

Battery voltage below safe threshold after long disuse, BMS lockout state, Charger unable to wake pack, Internal cell failure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Do not attempt to jump‑start Li‑ion packs with improvised methods. Risk of fire or explosion.

  • Step 1 – Use original charger: Connect the original Clatronic charger and leave it connected for several hours even if no LEDs light initially. Some BMS circuits need time to wake.
  • Step 2 – Check charger function: Verify the charger works with another compatible Clatronic vacuum if possible.
  • Step 3 – Inspect pack (if removable): Remove the battery and check for swelling or damage. Do not use a swollen pack.
  • Step 4 – Replace pack: If F6 persists and the pack shows no sign of charging, the BMS has likely locked out due to deep discharge or cell failure. Replace the complete battery pack.
