Vacuum makes a rattling noise from inside the dust container area.

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before opening the dust container.

• Step 1 – Empty bin: Remove and empty the dust container. Look for small hard objects (coins, stones) and remove them.
• Step 2 – Check cyclone assembly: Ensure the internal cyclone cone and mesh are properly seated and locked. Refit according to the manual.
• Step 3 – Inspect for damage: Look for cracked or broken plastic parts inside the bin. Replace the dust container assembly if internal parts are loose or broken.
