Possible Causes
Aged Li‑ion cells with reduced capacity, Frequent use on turbo mode causing accelerated wear, High storage temperatures, Internal cell imbalance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect the charger before handling the battery.
- Step 1 – Verify charge time: Ensure the vacuum is charged until the charger indicates full (solid LED). Under‑charging can mimic a weak battery.
- Step 2 – Compare modes: Test runtime on normal mode versus turbo. If runtime is very short on both, the battery is likely worn.
- Step 3 – Inspect battery pack: If removable, check for swelling or damage. Do not use a swollen pack.
- Step 4 – Replace battery: Obtain a compatible Clatronic replacement battery pack and install according to the manual. Dispose of the old pack at a proper recycling facility.
