Possible Causes

Full dust container, Clogged pre‑motor filter, Blocked cyclone mesh, HEPA exhaust filter saturated

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn the vacuum off and remove the battery before cleaning filters.

  • Step 1 – Empty dust container: Remove and empty the bin. Tap it gently to dislodge compacted dust.
  • Step 2 – Clean cyclone and mesh: Separate the cyclone unit and brush off the fine mesh screen. Remove hair and fibers wrapped around internal parts.
  • Step 3 – Service filters: Remove the pre‑motor and HEPA filters. Tap them over a bin. If washable, rinse with lukewarm water only and allow to dry completely (24 hours) before refitting. Never run the vacuum with wet filters.
  • Step 4 – Reassemble and test: Reinstall all components securely and test. If F2 persists with clean filters, the airflow sensor may be faulty and the main PCB may need replacement.
