Vacuum cannot be docked or charged properly in the wall mount or floor stand.

Safety first: Unplug the charging cradle from the mains before adjustment.

• Step 1 – Inspect contacts: Check the metal contacts on the cradle and vacuum for dirt or oxidation. Clean with a dry cloth.
• Step 2 – Check alignment: Ensure the wall mount or stand is securely fixed and not twisted. Adjust mounting screws so the vacuum sits flush and the contacts meet evenly.
• Step 3 – Test charging: Place the vacuum in the cradle and confirm the charging LED lights. If not, gently press to see if contact improves. If it does, adjust the cradle position.
• Step 4 – Replace cradle: If contacts are damaged or the plastic housing is cracked, replace the charging cradle.
