Possible Causes
Worn brush bristles, Brush roll not rotating at full speed, Incorrect height setting (if adjustable), Blocked nozzle air channel
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before working on the nozzle.
- Step 1 – Inspect brush roll: Check the bristles for wear or flattening. Replace the brush roll if the bristles are very short or deformed.
- Step 2 – Clean nozzle channel: Remove the brush roll and clean the internal air channel of the nozzle. Remove any compacted dust or fibers.
- Step 3 – Check rotation: Ensure the brush roll spins freely when turned by hand. If stiff, clean or replace the bearings or brush roll.
- Step 4 – Replace nozzle or brush roll: If performance remains poor, replace the brush roll or the entire nozzle with a compatible Clatronic part.
