Battery LED flashes red (often 12 times or continuously) when trigger is pulled; vacuum will not run.

Safety: Do not attempt to open the battery pack. Handle with care and avoid impacts.

• Remove and refit battery: Detach the battery and reinstall to ensure good contact.
• Fully charge: Place on the charger until fully charged, then test again.
• Try another battery: If available, test with a known‑good genuine Dyson battery. If the vacuum works, your original battery is faulty.
