Airway
Vacuum displays an 'Airway' or blockage icon; machine pulses on and off and suction is weak or intermittent.
Airflow blockage in wand, bin inlet, or cleaner head
Battery
Vacuum displays a 'Battery' icon or message; machine will not run or runs only for a few seconds before stopping.
Battery pack low capacity or internal fault
Battery Too Cold
Vacuum will not start and shows a cold battery icon or message such as 'Battery too cold'.
Battery low-temperature protection
Battery Too Hot
Vacuum stops and shows a hot battery icon or message such as 'Battery too hot'; body feels warm after heavy use.
Battery thermal protection activation
Bin Not Fitted
Vacuum will not start and may show a bin or body icon; bin feels loose or does not latch properly.
Dust bin presence or latch fault
Brush Bar
Vacuum runs but the motorized cleaner head brush bar does not spin; some models show a brush bar icon or red light on the head.
Motorized brush bar drive fault
Brush Bar Jammed
Vacuum stops and shows a brush bar jam icon; cleaner head may flash red and then shut off.
Brush bar obstruction or overload
Charger
Vacuum shows a charger icon or does not indicate charging when docked; no lights on the battery when plugged in.
Charging circuit or power supply fault
Filter
Vacuum stops and displays a 'Filter' warning or flashing filter icon; suction is reduced and machine may pulse on and off.
Blocked or saturated pre-motor filter
Filter (Post-motor)
Vacuum shows filter warning even after cleaning pre-motor filter; exhaust area feels restricted; some models show a rear filter icon.
Blocked or damaged post-motor HEPA filter
Filter Missing
Vacuum will not start and displays a filter missing icon or message; machine beeps or flashes when trigger is pulled.
Filter presence detection fault
Filter Not Sealed
Vacuum shows a filter icon even though the filter is installed; suction may be noisy or whistling around the filter area.
Filter seal leak or misalignment
Filter or Airway (Pulsing)
Vacuum rapidly pulses on and off when trigger is held; no obvious code on older models, or alternating filter/airway icons on newer models.
Motor protection pulsing due to restricted airflow
Internal Fault
Vacuum displays an exclamation mark or 'Internal fault' message and will not run even with a charged battery.
Control PCB or sensor failure
Laser Head Fault
On V15 Detect laser slim head, the laser does not turn on or the head flashes error lights while suction continues.
Laser module or head PCB fault
LED Blue Flashing (No Charge / Low Charge)
Blue light flashes when trigger is pulled and vacuum stops quickly; indicates low or no charge.
Battery discharged or not charging
LED No Light When Charging
When plugged into charger, there are no lights on the vacuum or battery; unit does not charge.
No power to charging circuit
LED Red Flashing (Battery Error)
Battery LED flashes red (often 12 times or continuously) when trigger is pulled; vacuum will not run.
Battery pack error or protection lockout
Max
Vacuum stuck in Max/Boost mode or shows 'Max' warning; run time is extremely short and machine may cut out quickly.
Max/Boost mode overcurrent or stuck mode selection
Motor Overheat
Vacuum stops during use and will not restart for several minutes; some models show a temperature or exclamation icon.
Motor thermal cut-out activation
Piezo Sensor Fault
On V15 and similar models, the particle counter display shows dashes or an error icon instead of particle counts.
Piezo dust sensor malfunction
Soft Roller Jam
On Fluffy/Soft Roller heads, the front roller stops spinning and the head may flash red; vacuum may show a brush icon.
Soft roller obstruction or drive fault
Trigger Fault
Trigger is pulled but vacuum does not start; no error code shown, or intermittent operation when trigger is wiggled.
Trigger switch or mechanical linkage failure
Wand Connection
Vacuum runs but motorized tools on the wand do not power; some models show a wand or connection icon.
Electrical connection failure between main body and wand
Symptom
Motorized mini tool (pet hair tool) does not spin, but main vacuum suction is normal.
Mini motorized tool drive fault
Symptom
Vacuum bin door will not close or pops open during use.
Bin latch or hinge failure
Symptom
Vacuum bin is difficult to open or the red release lever is stuck.
Bin release mechanism jammed
Symptom
Vacuum cuts out when tilted at certain angles or when using above-floor tools.
Intermittent power or airflow sensor activation

Overheating component or friction burn
