Possible Causes
Filters saturated with fine dust and odors, Bin not cleaned regularly, Use on damp or organic debris, Pet hair accumulation
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery before cleaning. Do not use harsh chemicals inside the air path.
- Wash filters: Clean all washable filters thoroughly and allow to dry for at least 24 hours.
- Clean bin and cyclone exterior: Wipe the bin and cyclone surfaces with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap solution, avoiding water entry into the cyclone unless your manual allows it. Dry completely.
- Avoid scented powders: Do not vacuum carpet powders or use fragrances inside the machine; they can clog filters.
- Replace filters if needed: If odors persist, replace the pre-motor and post-motor filters.
