Vacuum leaves debris on carpet or hard floors even though suction seems normal.

Safety: Remove the battery before inspecting the cleaner head.

• Inspect brush bar: Check bristles for wear; if they are very short or matted, replace the brush bar.
• Clear head airway: Remove the brush bar and clean the internal channels of dust and debris.
• Use correct head: Use the direct drive or high torque head for carpets and the soft roller head for hard floors.
• Adjust cleaning technique: Move the head slowly over debris and overlap passes. For large debris, lift the head slightly or use a crevice/combination tool.
