How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery before inspecting the cyclone and sensor area.
- Locate sensor: The piezo sensor is typically mounted in the cyclone or bin inlet area.
- Clean sensor port: Using a dry, soft brush or compressed air (low pressure), gently clean around the sensor opening to remove dust buildup. Do not insert tools into the sensor.
- Empty and clean bin: Thoroughly empty the bin and wipe the interior with a dry cloth.
- Dry after moisture: If the vacuum was used on damp debris, allow it to dry for 24–48 hours with the bin removed.
- Service if persistent: If the display still shows sensor error, the piezo sensor or main PCB may need replacement by a service center.
