Possible Causes
Air leaks around bin or seals, Cyclone assembly clogged, Filters partially blocked, Wand or tools not fully connected
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off and remove the battery before disassembling parts.
- Check bin and seals: Ensure the bin is fully closed and latched. Inspect rubber seals around the bin and cyclone for damage or misalignment.
- Clean cyclone shroud: Remove the bin and brush dust off the metal shroud holes with a soft brush.
- Wash filters: Clean pre-motor and post-motor filters as recommended and dry fully.
- Inspect connections: Ensure the wand, tools, and cleaner head are firmly clicked into place with no gaps.
- Test without wand/head: Run the vacuum with the wand and head removed. If suction at the main body is strong, the issue is in the wand or head; inspect and replace as needed.
